Facebook 副总裁对设计团队管理的十条建议

DesignBetter.Co 是这两年发现的一个干货比较多的 Podcast,在最新一季中,主持人请来了 Facebook 的产品设计副总裁 (VP of Product Design) - Julie Zhuo,聊了聊她的新书 [The Making of a Manager]。

1.Best coaches aren’t the best athletes 

2. Management is a job, leadership is the quality you have to earn

3. The goal of communication: develop collaborative relationships

4. Communicate the impact of design: define the success criteria first

5.Put your work in front of the people, even it is imperfect 

6. Create an environment where people feel safe to participate

7.  Let new energy and new perspective run it 

8. It’s easy to measure what people did, but hard to measure what people feel 

9. Writing is a part of the learning process

10. The whole process of management is learning about yourself
